LIVING AREA

A large sofa and two armchairs offer comfy seating in the living area, and a wood-burning stove provides added allure.

KITCHEN & DINING

Walk to the high-speed Stagecoach lift for quick access to the slopes. The shuttle also runs every 15 minutes during ski season (and then every hour during non ski season). Taxis are also readily available in the area.

Drive 5 miles to the casino area in Stateline. Or head a half mile to Fox & Hound for award-winning barbecue and big screen TVs.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
