Two heated swimming pools assure there's enough room for all your guests to splash, and plenty of outstanding beaches await within a quick drive of this charmed old Florida neighborhood. The sweeping rental also features shady porches, ample flat-screen TVs, ping pong, and foosball for hours of fun and entertainment.

It's just 3 blocks to the beach park, with cabanas, picnic tables and grills. There is also a large playground and volleyball area. Or try the local favorite, Miss Vicki's on the River! Close by beaches include Anclote Key State Park and Caladesi Island.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Park up to seven cars in the driveway and two in the garage parking spots. Take the staircase to a tree-lined patio with vaulted ceilings, a glass-top dining table for four, and a propane grill. Step into open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, all detailed with high ceilings. This airy feel threads throughout the entire home, as does tasteful marine-inspired decor.

The same layout continues on the other side of the duplex. That’s right: you get two full kitchens, two open living/dining areas, and two shaded patios with grills at this rental!

Each living room includes books to select from and large flat-screen TVs for cozy nights in with a good movie. On each side of the duplex, a family-style dining table seats six, and both kitchens provide plenty of space to put together vacation-worthy meals. (Join forces and use both kitchens to create a true feast!)

In total there are eight bedrooms: two king-size master suites with flat-screen TVs, four queen-size bedrooms, and two bunkrooms, both sleeping five guests apiece. Each bunkroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, plus a second bunk bed that’s either twin-over-queen (Bunkroom #1) or twin-over-full (Bunkroom #2).

There are also four total bathrooms – two on each side of the duplex – all with tub/shower combinations and a starter supply of bath goodies.

A game room with foosball, ping pong, and a pool table is located in one of the garages downstairs, and two heated pools await outside the East and West entrances.

This property is pet-friendly. All leases require a minimum 30-night term.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
