I hate to say but it was very disappointing. It may depend on what time of the year you go I went mid-late August and there were so many flys and bugs it was crazy. You couldn’t even open your mouth for a second. They were constantly swarming my body and face it really took away a lot of the enjoyment. The lake was also dried up so it was super low you had to go really far out just to float which required walking in the water with your board for awhile. It also smelled really bad not sure if that’s the normal smell though it was very strong fishy shrimpy smell so strong you really don’t even get use to it even after a few hours. The smell takes forever to get off you once you leave to. I wanna say all these things might just be because of the time of year so maybe call the park and ask them before going.
