To get to Island Lake, follow the turn offs from I-80, avoid the holes and rocks on the road, and you'll be there in no time. Once you park, just follow the OHV road past Carr Lake and many others until you arrive at the lake. Now, with a little bit of bush-whacking, you'll be able to see a large boulder with a steep face. There you'll find a really cool lunch spot accompanied by a 20-foot cliff, deep enough to jump off. Just make sure to jump out far enough to clear the shallow rocks!
