Fun hike or trail run to get your heart beat up. The Stream trail is pretty mellow, super easy, I saw four year olds with their parents on it. The real fun happens on the French trail - lots of steep up and down on hills. I wouldn’t rate this route “advanced.” Stream is beginner and French is intermediate. If you are looking for a good workout, skip the stream trail altogether and out and back on French.

Was worried that I wouldn't get a site, driving in at 4:30p from NV on a Sat, but a few were open here. It was easy to pay the fee and set up camp. The views and sounds of running water were great. It's over 100 degrees in the summer, so definitely make sure to bring lots of water and pedialyte/Gatorade/something with electrolytes!

Arrived at 10:00am on a Tuesday and the hike was packed with families w/young children. There was a 5 min wait/line to see the waterfall. The hike to the waterfall is really easy, the climb to the top of the falls is more difficult. Slippery and vertical. Advise wearing shoes with good traction if you plan to climb up the rocks to the top of the falls. Your shoes will also get wet.

So glad I stopped here en route from Boise to Portland. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the area was clean and welcoming. If I remember correctly, it was $9 for a one hour private bath and shower is included. The private bath was so relaxing.

We loved camping here! The bathrooms and cooking areas were well kept and clean. There is a cute free book library. Plenty of space for our tents. The sunsets and views are amazing!
