Rucu Pinchincha is an incredibly accessible (yet difficult) hike from Quito. Bath Skyline Loop is an easily accessible trail from Bath, and takes a wide loop through meadows and hills with a picturesque view of the city. The full loop is around 6 miles, but there are numerous trails and ways to make it a bit shorter. This 4-mile (one-way) trail is a great spot just outside of town. The trail rolls gently with the hills and the views of the Bighorns and town are spectacular. I'd highly recommend stopping by for sunrise or sunset for some incredible light. It's great for a quick walk, run, or even mountain bike -- and there's plans to continue adding to this trail system!

Just north of Regents Park, Primrose Hill provides a lovely sweeping panorama of London. It's just a short walk up to the top, where you can snap shots of the London skyline. It's best accessed from the Chalk Farm tube station -- it's about a 15min walk from the station to the hill. Head over to Regents Park afterwords, or explore nearby Camden market or St Johns Wood.
