The falls are absolutely breathtaking, and the trails are clearly marked and are well suited for people of all athletic abilities. Try to get there early if you want the falls to yourself! And be aware of the amount of stairs you have to climb in order to reach the falls (they kicked my butt). I plan on doing this again in the near future and I would highly recommend it.
