Great place to catch rays and relax till sunset!

I was so excited to come here and finally see "THE glass beach" but was let down when there wasn't as much glass as I was expecting. It was in a very industrial area and I would caution those visiting in rental cars. Neat to see what was left of the glass for 5-10 minutes but definitely not my favorite. I would only stop by this spot on your way to something else!

Be very careful here! I have lived in Oahu 3 years now and have seen many people get messed up here. Make sure to only jump when the swell is down. It's a very fun jumping spot but getting out can be difficult. Try to time your get out with the waves!

The slip and slide to the bottom wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! Definitely worth the end swim. Make sure to get and swim up to the falls but be careful getting in among the slippery rocks. I felt so much peace and positive energy amidst the waters of this powerful waterfall! The base of the fall was surely the best view in the house. :)

I have done this hike twice now and I have to admit that it is much better when the ground is dry! But I also recommend it as a sunrise hike. Christmas morning I came up the top in the dark with a flashlight (while the sun was rising) and sat on the nose of the giant to watch the sunrise. The hike is much warmer in the heat of the afternoon. Great views at the tip top.

As an avid hiker from Oahu I can say this may be one of the most rewarding views for a short 2 mile hike. Fortunately, we came down the rocky edges on a dryer day with sturdy hiking boots on so it was nothing too challenging! This hike may be my new favorite. We only saw four others along the whole hike and the views were amazing all the way down; the end of the cliff was perfect for a snack, a breeze and some photos. :) highly recommend!
