Hike Eagle's Peak (USAFA)

Eagles peak trail is located next to US Air Force Academy base. Make sure you have an ID on you since there's guarded gate where you might be checked and asked for one. Trail starts just across the road of Visitors center. It's easy to to navigate at first though later you might get confused since there's not a lot of signs indicating where the actual trail is. When you approach sort-of opening from the forest try to keep left along to the spring. Going forward you should see blue dots on trees/rocks all the way to the top. In general it's a great hike and the view is worth the effort.
