Job Summary: Oversee daily sales/reservation operations and assist location Supervisor with tasks.  Maintain and oversee the Experience of a Lifetime service for all staff. Will be involved heavily with sales and the assistance of location PSS Agents on computer and guest service needs.  Will be involved in the daily organization of reservations for the next day.  Will work closely with location supervisors on staffing levels and lesson sales and placement

Additional job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Help run the daily  operations of Ski School, opening/ placement of staff/money/tickets/closing of POS’s/supplies needed for operations
  • Must have greater knowledge of all Ski & Ride School products and procedures, RPOS functionality.  Must be able to extract information about individual transactions
  • Organize and delegate the processing of Advanced Reservations
  • Help frontline staff with complex transactions and resolving customer service issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Will be responsible for the initial customer service needs
  • Will be responsible for all refunds done on a daily basis in person at the location
  • Cash/SOX regulations with RPOS and procedures
  • Conduct frontline staff transactions audits to ensure procedures are followed
  • Must maintain a professional appearance of the location front and back of the house
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Be able to communicate effectively in a loud fast paced environment- required
  • Previous cash handling experience- required
  • At least 1 yr. experience leading a team- recommended
  • Lift 25lbs- required
  • Work all holiday and weekends - required
  • High level computer knowledge, Microsoft office - required

May be required to work any day of the week. The nature of our industry requires 7-day operation during the ski season. The hours are normally from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is not unusual during certain times of the year to have to work more than 8-9 hours a day or 40 hours a week to accomplish the necessary tasks in a satisfactory manner. Typically working an average of 9 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week. 7 day work weeks are generally on a voluntary basis.
