Bartenders are responsible for ensuring that all guests have the highest quality experience possible.  They need to provide outstanding service for our guests through their knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and food menu combined with an attentive and personable attitude.

This is a seasonal position running from November to April and bartenders could be scheduled in either The Crest, Paul's or The Landing Zone.  


Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ability to communicate effectively with and receive information from guests and co-workers
  • Maintain good customer relations; interact with customers in a pleasant but professional manner
  • Ability to determine when customers should not be served
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Exhibits strong beer, wine, liquor, cocktail and food menu knowledge
  • Perform cashier duties: set up cash drawer, take payment and return correct change, and cash out at the end of shift
  • Communicates all necesary and important information with F&B team
  • Completes all assigned side work
  • Adheres to all state liquor laws
  • Ensures that all state health regulations are being adhered to
  • Performs additional responsibilities to help the restaurant function effectively, such as run food and bus tables
  • Able to multi-task and handle high volume service demands
  • Adhere to all company standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures


Job Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older - highly preferred
  • Minimum of one year bartending experience - preferred
  • Previous experience with a touch screen POS system - preferred
  • Excellent cash handling skills - preferred
  • Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to be on ones feet for prolonged periods of time, 8+ hours
  • Proficient in reading and communicating English
  • Current certification in a nationally recognized program concerning service of alcohol or able to be obtained upon being hired
  • Willing and able to work weekends, holidays, early mornings and/or late evenings - required
  • Able to multi-task and handle high volume service demands
