Technician - Maintenance
Stratham Station, New Hampshire
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing routine maintenance to the facility and equipment, as well as completing projects to improve the efficiency of the process.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to all mechanical and HVAC equipment.
Maintain electrical systems, replace devices and make minor changes such as moving outlets, switches, fixtures, or changing ballasts.\\
Perform general maintenance tasks, including completion of work requests from internal customers.
Support internal office moves and general housekeeping.
Support for snow removal, set up of corporate events/meetings, and other various department responsibilities as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent:
3 – 5 years previous experience preferred
Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems required Carpentry skills to frame walls, install doors and patch/ paint walls required
Mechanical skills and strong ability to troubleshoot issues
Must have demonstrated experience working with minimal supervision and possess good customer service skills
Needs to frequently lift 25-35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend from the waist or neck, and maneuver as needed to repair mechanical problems
