The Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the video and social content planning, production and distribution for The North Face Content/Social Team. This role combines organizational skills and strong project oversight abilities and with a personal understanding of strong creative storytelling through photo, video and writing. This position reports to the Sr. Brand Content Manager and will help serve as a Content liaison between global marketing teams and external vendors/partners.
Creating detailed editorial delivery packages for all TNF video launches:
These packages consist of all video format deliverables, key still photography and written descriptions built, in collaboration with the PR and Social team.
The Content Coordinator will gather the needed editorial inputs and deliver all assets to the global team and outside vendors.
Maintaining annual Content Calendar:
Coordinate all weekly updates and inputs to the online project tracking document.
Works with TNF producers to track all production and delivery timelines.
Assists in the agenda development and key updates for the weekly Content Taskforce.
Working with global Content teams on calendar sharing and integration.
Ensuring seasonal product integration with all content production:
Working with the Brand Management and Product teams to plan, source and deliver the correct seasonal product relevant to the shoot environments.
Assisting in performance tracking, file delivery and media agency communication:
Working with our internal and external media teams to define delivery needs and source all relevant files, formats and creative resources for paid implementation
Working with internal content tracking software and the Social team to report out on content performanc
Years of Related Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar or related field.
Educational/Position Requirements: BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
Computer/Software Applications: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Vimeo, Google+
Knowledge of video production and social/editorial media distribution.
Ability to lead cross functional marketing projects for on-time in-budget delivery.
Strong communications and negotiations skills.
