Customer Experience Intern

We work hard to be able to play outside on nature's schedule (not the 9 to 5 schedule) and draw creative energy from doing what we love. We’re growing our team and offering an internship position to insure that things are running smoothly with customers. In this role you will act as a liaison between Sunski and our customers. We’re looking for someone who is excited to provide above and beyond customer service, dropping Sunski knowledge, fostering strong community relationships, and authentically living the brand vibe. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries over email, facilitating repairs and returns, and improving the customer experience system as a whole. This position will also expand to work with our retailers and involve fostering community via event planning. This role which will entail 30-40 hours of work a week and require you to be in our Outer Sunset, San Francisco office. Life at Sunski: We have flexible hours and schedules. We sponsor music festivals mostly as an excuse to go camping and rock out, and we only attend trade shows in fun-approved locales like Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. We're looking for somebody who gets stoked on independence, responsibility, and wants a balanced work life that's a bit unusual.
