**For some positions, applicants must be able to ski/snowboard at an intermediate level to/from certain restaurant locations. Other positions do not require the ability to ski/snowboard.** **Physical Requirements:** * Must be a minimum of 18 years of age * Must be able to lift approx. 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, standing/walking for up to six hours **Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job:** * High school or GED required * Two years kitchen manager/chef experience required * Must be able to work all kitchen station * Ability to control food and labor costs * Must have good communication skills * Ability to adhere to all safety policies


**Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.:** * Supervise kitchen staff * Responsible for purchasing of food for restaurant and control of food and kitchen labor costs * Responsible for neat and clean work area as well as maintaining health department standards * Responsible for maintaining dining menus * Responsible for scheduling and hiring of kitchen staff **Miscellaneous information:** * This is a salaried exempt position and is not subject to overtime pay * Position requires working weekends and holidays as needed * Resume required **Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is an equal opportunity employer**
