For some positions, applicants must be able to ski/snowboard at an intermediate level to/from certain restaurant locations. Other positions do not require the ability to ski/snowboard.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Must be able to lift approx. 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, standing/walking for up to six hours

Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job:

  • High school or GED required
  • Two years kitchen manager/chef experience required
  • Must be able to work all kitchen station
  • Ability to control food and labor costs
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to all safety policies


Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.:

  • Supervise kitchen staff
  • Responsible for purchasing of food for restaurant and control of food and kitchen labor costs
  • Responsible for neat and clean work area as well as maintaining health department standards
  • Responsible for maintaining dining menus
  • Responsible for scheduling and hiring of kitchen staff

Miscellaneous information:

  • This is a salaried exempt position and is not subject to overtime pay
  • Position requires working weekends and holidays as needed
  • Resume required
