I camped out here in May with a bunch of friends and it was a blast! The water was really low so it was about a quarter mile out from the Jetty. We had a fire up by the parking lot and camped on the salt flats. I would definitely recommend floating in the Great Salt Lake if you feel that it's warm enough. It is an awesome experience! Just make sure you bring plenty of water to rinse off with when you're done. It's also a great place for sunset, sunrise, and star photography.

I did a sunrise hike on this trail last weekend and the trail is just awesome. It's a fairly easy trail and has incredible views of the canyon. It's just above some very cool and large cliffs that add an awesome feel to the hike. There's also an incredible spot to watch the sunrise. About halfway through the hike there's a rocky outlook about 20 yards off the trail with great views of the East Horizon. This hike is incredible in just about every way.

Did this hike in late Febuary and it was a ton of fun! It's fairly short but it is a pretty steep hike. You should be able to get up in about an hour. I was hiking on mostly packed snow and it still wasn't too bad. The view at the top is one of the best views of the Ogden area that I've seen! Will definitely be doing this hike again soon. It's also an awesome place for a picnic and watching the sunset for a date!

Just barely did this hike in January and it was a lot easier than I was expecting, even with all the snow. The views of Logan Canyon from the caves are just beautiful! And the Caves themselves are way cool and unique. Definitely do this!
