A beautiful and unique landscape. Definitely worth the time to drive through this amazing park if your traveling across South Dakota.

Great way to get away from the crowds at the main falls.

This is one of the best hikes in the state in my opinion. The only problem is that it's tough to get that great lake campsite now because the secret is out!

The overlooks from the campsites are awesome. But load up on water before starting your hike up the cliffs. There's no water source at the campsite.

Fun day trip from the Twin Cities. The park has a bison herd now which is pretty cool to check out.

We lucked out and happened to camp on this beach on a dreary weekday. Had the whole place to ourselves. Listening to the ocean come up at night was incredible. Felt like it was going to wash us away.

Great views and exposure but be prepared for large crowds. The scariest part is watching people going either way try to maneuver around each other.

Fun canyon but the hike out is long, especially if you only have one car. We lucked out and were able to hitch a ride back to the top from someone but I wouldn't plan on that is this isnt a very popular canyon.
