If you got there early (8-9am) you might have the place to yourself. Go to the further fall first by going right at the fork. There’s a swing and it is less crowded. Parking is 5 bucks.

Hike to Arbol Solitario

I parked on the shoulder close the ramp during a weekday afternoon (don’t make a U if coming from southbound). It’s hard to spot the trail but just keep going up the emergency ramp. I would go left where the path is clearer. It’s a tough hike as you’re ascending a steep hill. Great view once you make it to the top!
