Get out and explore.

I grew up camping and fishing here but it never gets old. The canyon and river are beautiful.

This is a Great Lake to hike around in summer. Wildflowers are everywhere and it is never too crowded. If you go during the peak snow melt, the falls can be heard clear across the lake.

One of the most beautiful waterfalls in the region. Highly recommend!

This short hike lets you get above the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs and gives spectacular views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. I recommend hiking this trail in the evening as it can be brutally hot in the day during the summer months.

What makes this place special is that once you are in the valley, you can hardly see any man made structures, which makes it feel like you are further out than you really are. The vibrant colors or the sandstone are a need-to-see sight.
