I really liked this, it was nice because you didn't have to go far so early in the morning. Great sunrise, but a bit chilly. Defiantly coming back again.

This was a pretty cool spot! They saw the journey is the best part... but this time it wasn't. The description says it, its literally right next to the road! In stead of hiking 2.1 miles to get there you could drive 2 miles and park at the campgrounds right next to the falls. The waterfall is very cool! Pretty majestic, but cold haha

This place is awesome! Just a short drive out of the city and your in the mountains! If you have a bunch of time on your hands and you're not in a hurry, instead of starting on the Saratoga Gap trail start on the Castle Rock trial. It's only 0.3 miles, and you get to see some really cool rocks! And sometimes people climbing them. This trail connect with the Saratoga Gap trail a little past Castle Rock. Once you hike about 2 more miles you will get to Goat Rock. And this view is AMAZING. A beautiful view of the Santa cruz mountains on top of this super sweet rock! After staying there a while I usually head back to the car. Hope you enjoy it!
