Bring ample snacks and water; it's more strenuous than you think! Also, take your time on the scramble down to the beach; it can be a little scary!

Did it over 3 days/2 nights, but I'd recommend 4 days/3 nights for a more leisurely pace. Amazing experience nonetheless.
