This is a fun section to float, some chill water and some crazy stuff. ( I broke my tailbone hitting a boulder in my tube, ouch!) The bridges is somewhat of a big party spot. A local land owner used to have a big rope swing set up and bbq on the weekends which was really fun stop along the float.

It is such a exciting feeling to top out on a challenging route and look behind you and see the beautiful Ruth Lake! Easy hike in. Somewhat busy. Undeniably beautiful!

We visited in the winter and snowshoed in. There were great ice formations inside the caves. Very beautiful! I want to visit again in the summer, although I hear it is pretty busy.

Great limestone, great scenery, great camping! There are a variety of classic routes for all skill levels, good for the beginner to expert.
