Description

Added by Ian Tyley

Take a short, 1km roundtrip walk to this stunning 70 metre waterfall.

Brandywine Falls is a spectacular 70 metre waterfall. It is best seen from the viewpoint which also presents some marvelous views of Daisy Lake and the surrounding mountains. But you can also get to the bottom with a bit of scrambling down the side of the cliff.

Brandywine Falls is located along the Sea To Sky Highway (Highway #99) between Squamish and Whistler. Located just 11km (7 miles) south of Whistler on the east side of the Sea To Sky Highway, Brandywine Falls is easily accessible with a large parking lot and markings to the start of the short walk to the falls.

We drove past the signs for Brandywine a million times on the way back home before stopping once and realized what we had been missing. It's a great place to stretch your legs and appreciate some nature before you're back in the car!

We went in March after skiing in Whistler, very awesome, no-one was there. Somehow you can get down to the base, we couldn't figure it out.

Hike down the trail a bit more and jump off a bridge at Whistler Bungee.
