Take a Stroll along Oceanfront Loop

Squamish Yacht Club - Search Nearby - Added by Piper Wolters

This trail provides a break from the tourists of Squamish, as well as a beautiful different view. Often has kiteboarders and boats for entertainment.

Start by the Squamish Yacht Club. There is parking here, and it is also fairly close to downtown.

Follow Logger's Lane until you run into a dirt (sometimes muddy) trail. Take this trail through the tree, past some boats, and all the way to Nexon Beach, and then further on to the cove/beach.

Either take a break here, for there are picnic areas and bathrooms, or continue the loop by returning on the trail on the opposite side of the peninsula.

It is a short trail, but can be lengthened if you're coming from downtown or upper valley. You'll be surrounded by big rocks, snowy peaks, tankers, waves, waterfalls, and endless beauty. The location is well worth the outing, and fantastic for photography. Enjoy!
