Castle Butte, a relic from the ice age. Rising 70 metres in height, it served as a landmark to First Nations people, the NWMP and early settlers

Heading south from Bengough Saskatchewan, Drive about 12km until you see a ranch road on the right.

Turn right and follow this road, keeping right at the fork.

After about 7km you will reach your destination.

There is an information sign with a little bit of history and then a well worn trail to the butte.

You can climb the standard trail, about 230ft of elevation or you can go up pretty much anywhere around it.
