The first time we hiked Twin Falls, the back falls were open but every time since, they’ve been closed. The closer of the waterfalls are great for climbing up, jumping into and swimming around. If you’re just there to look, don’t hang around long... the mosquitoes will eat you up and there are much better falls along the R2H.
